摘要
通过沉船油舱中含水油料蒸汽加热过程的数值模拟,分析在相同的蒸汽加热功率、不同体积的重质燃油与原油、在温升达到可泵送温度的条件下,其温度场变化情况与所需加热时间。结合深水沉船油水比例条件和加热方式,对蒸汽加热作业影响结果进行比对分析,明确了计算结论,可用于指导深水沉船打捞作业过程的加热系统设计和加热作业工艺。
The steam heating process of oil with water in tanks of wreck ship is studied through the numerical simulation. The changes of the temperature field and the heating time reached pumpable temperature are analyzed for heavy fuel oil and crude oil with the same steam heating power and different volumes of oil.Combining with the deep sunken ship oil-water ratio conditions, it clears the calculation conclusion through the comparing analysis of the result of the steam heating operation effect. The results can be used to guide the deep wreck salvage operations in the process of heating system design and heating technology.
