摘要
对故障柴油机连杆、连杆螺栓、平衡块螺栓、排气阀、排气阀导管、活塞和缸套等失效件进行了理化分析,对故障柴油机气门间隙进行了检查,并进行了连杆受力分析与气阀的动力学分析及疲劳计算。分析结果表明:故障柴油机的首断件为排气阀,排气阀断裂的原因是气阀间隙过大,在气阀间隙较大的情况下,阀杆受力大大增加,其疲劳安全系数大大降低。分析结果为正确判断柴油机故障提供了有力支持。
The physical and chemistry analysis to the connect-rod, rod bolt, counterbalance bolt, exhaust valve, valve pipe, piston, and cylinder of the failure diesel are done. The valve gap is inspected. The force analysis of the connect-rod and dynamical and fatigue analysis of the exhaust valve are done. The analyzing result indicates that the exhaust valve of the failure diesel break first; the broken valve is due to the excessive valve gap and the fatigue safety factor of the valve pole decreases greatly along with the loading increasing greatly under the condition of the excessive valve gap. The analysis result powerfully supports the failure reason of the diesel.
