摘要
分析了船舶废气脱硫系统所具有的特点,对DCS系统与PLC系统进行对比分析,通过研究基于DCS的主控单元+远程IO模块控制方式在船舶废气脱硫系统电气控制中的应用,进一步增强了系统控制功能,提高了系统稳定性及可操作性。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of the ship exhaust gas desulfurization system. Comparing and analyzing the DCS system with the PLC system, it studies the application of the control mode of the main control unit + Remote IO module based on DCS in the electric control of the ship exhaust gas desulfurization system, which further enhances the system control function and improves the system stability and maneuverability.
