摘要
螺旋桨作为船舶关键件之一,其静平衡性直接影响船舶整体性能。大型船用螺旋桨由于质量大、搬运拆装繁琐,静平衡检测难度较大。针对大型船用螺旋桨静平衡检测技术展开研究,提出一种新型检测装置及检测算法。在克服传统定位弊端的基础上,提高了大型船用螺旋桨的静平衡检测精度和检测效率,对于提升大型螺旋桨静平衡检测水平有着重要的参考价值。
Propeller is one of the key parts of the ship,its static balance affects the overall performance of the ship directly.It’s difficult to measure the static balance of large marine propellers due to the large mass,complicated moving and disassembly.Aiming at the research of large-scale marine propellers static balance detection technology,a new detection device and detection algorithm are proposed.On the basis of overcoming the shortcomings of traditional positioning,the static balance detection accuracy and detection efficiency of large marine propellers are improved,which has important reference value for improving the static balance detection level of large propellers.
