摘要
刚度特性是衡量数字液压缸性能的重要指标之一,对控制精度有很大影响。在推导数字液压缸的刚度数学表达式基础上,分析了刚度的频率特性。建立包含滚珠丝杠和反馈螺母的内部间接反馈数字液压缸的AMESim模型并进行了仿真研究。揭示了面积梯度、反馈螺母导程、供油压力、中位开口量对数字液压缸刚度特性的影响规律。
The stiffness characteristic determines the control accuracy of digital hydraulic cylinders. Based on the derivation of the mathematical expression of the digital hydraulic cylinder, the frequency characteristic of the stiffness is analysed. The AMESim model including the ball-screw and feedback nut of the digital hydraulic cylinder with internal indirect feedback is established and the simulation is carried out. The influence of the area gradient, the pitch of the feedback nut, oil supply pressure and median opening volume on the stiffness characteristic of digital hydraulic cylinder is revealed.
