摘要
采用能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、纤维比电阻仪、同步热分析仪和氧指数仪对三种不同金属离子改性聚丙烯腈纤维进行性能表征。结果表明:相比普通聚丙烯腈纤维,改性纤维燃烧后的剩碳仍保留了纤维形态,炭层致密性增加,纤维的体积比电阻降至10^8~10^9Ω·cm;最大热降解速率温度提高了70℃以上;Na+、Mg^(2+)和Zn^(2+)改性聚丙烯腈纤维的极限氧指数分别达到29%、33%和37%,阻燃性能明显提高。
Three different metal-ion modified polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fibers were characterized by energydispersive spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy, specific electric resistance tester, synchro thermalanalyzer and oxygen index instrument, and were also compared with that of unmodified PAN fiber. The re-sults show that the modified fibers after combustion still retain complete fiber morphology, and are morecompact in the same fiber morphology. The ratio of fiber volume to resistance value of modified fibers de-creases to 10~8~10~9Ω·cm, and the temperature for the maximum thermal degradation rate increases morethan 70 ℃. Correspondingly, the LOI values of Na+, Mg+, Zn+modified polyacrylonitrile fibers also increaseto 29%, 33% and 37%, respectively. The flame retardancy of the modified fibers is obviously improved.
