摘要
以研究刷丝压力与动态接触电阻的关系为基础,研究了不同工况下、不同摩擦副、不同刷丝压力下的瞬断情况。通过对不同工况、不同摩擦副下的刷丝压力与动态电阻变化量关系的研究,拟合出动态接触电阻变化量与刷丝压力的关系曲线,并在此基础上研究刷丝压力与瞬断的关系。
Based on the study of the relationship between brush pressure and dynamic contact resistance, the transient conditions were studied under different working conditions, different friction pairs and different brush pressure. the relationship between the brush pressure and the instantaneous break was studied through the study of the relationship between the brush pressure and the dynamic resistance change under different working conditions and different friction pairs. The relationship between the change of dynamic contact resistance and the brush pressure was proposed.
