摘要
向高质量消费发展转变是当前和今后一个时期我国消费发展的根本要求。十八大以来,我国消费的基础性作用日益增强,为向高质量消费发展转变打下了坚实基础。为满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,从高速度消费增长向高质量消费发展转变是经济社会发展的必然要求。由于新时代我国社会主要矛盾的转化,应重视消费的不平衡不充分问题,这也是向高质量消费发展转变的现实要求。为解决消费的不平衡不充分问题,消费升级是向高质量消费发展转变的必然选择。
The transition to high-quality consumption development has become the basic requirement of China's consumption development in order to meet people's growing demand for better life. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the consumption of Chinese residents has been playing an increasingly basic role,which has laid a solid foundation for the transition from high-speed consumption growth to high-quality consumption development. Due to the transformation of our social principal contradiction,importance should be attached to the problem of imbalance and insufficiency in consumption,which is also the actual requirement for the transition.
