摘要
设计了一种基于射频识别(RFID)技术的无芯片光传感标签。采用紧凑型设计,标签在较小的体积内包含6 bit数据容量。通过将RFID无芯片技术与传感器技术相结合,标签不仅拥有ID编码能力,还可对环境进行光强检测。设计的标签结构和制作工艺简单,具备成本低、无需维护、可重复使用等优点。采用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS对标签进行仿真,并采用两个交叉极化的环形天线对标签进行测试。仿真和测试结果表明:在光照强度为0~1 000 lux的范围内,标签在1.5~2.8 GHz的频带范围内能够实现ID编码和环境光强感知,并具有良好的灵敏度、重现性和线性度。
A chipless light sensing tag based on radio frequency identification( RFID) technology is designed. Due to compact design,tag contains 6 bit data capacity in a smaller volume. Combining with RFID chipless technology and sensor technology,the tag not only has ID encoding capacity,but also has light intensity detection capability for environment. The designed tags structure and manufacturing process are simple,it has advantages of low cost,maintenance free,reusable,and so on. Three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software HFSS is used to simulate on the tags,and two cross-polarized loop antennas are used to test the tags. Simulation and test results prove that in frequency band range of 1. 5~ 2. 8 GHz,tags can realize ID coding and ambient light intensity sensing at the range of 0~1 000 lux. The tag has good sensitivity,reproducibility and linearity.
