摘要
以STM32单片机为主控制器,设计了一种穿线式回路电阻测试仪。测试仪通过ML2035模块产生1 000 Hz的正弦波,经过功率放大后,将信号加载在电压线圈上,产生同频率的磁场,磁场通过穿在电压线圈中的回路线,在测量回路中感应出回路电流,进而产生同频的交变磁场。电流线圈通过感应回路电流产生的磁场,产生同频的电流信号。通过对回路电压、电流的采集,可以测量出回路电阻值。实验结果表明:设计的测量系统运行稳定、安装方便、测量精度高、能够准确地传送数据,实现在线监测,具有较高的应用价值。
A threading circuit resistance tester is designed using STM32 MCU as the main controller. The tester generates 1 000 Hz sine wave by ML2035 module,after power amplification,the signal is added to the voltage coil,which generates magnetic field with the same frequency,by the loop through the voltage coil,the magnetic field induces loop current and generates an alternating magnetic field with the same frequency. The current signal of the same frequency is generated by the magnetic field generated by the current coil through the induction loop current.Through collection of the loop voltage and current,loop resistance can be measured. The experimental results show that the designed measurement system operates stably,it is convenient to install,measurement precision is high,it can transmit data accurately,on-line monitoring can be realized,and it has high application value.
