摘要
简述了松紧带的分类、用途及要求。针对传统松紧带随使用时间的延长存在尺寸稳定性、耐疲劳性和弹性变差等缺陷,分别概述了聚氨酯弹性纤维、聚醚酯弹性纤维、聚烯烃弹性纤维及PET/PTT双组分复合纤维4类新型弹性纤维的合成方法及性能特征,并结合它们的性能特征和松紧带的使用要求,对新型弹性纤维在松紧带行业中的发展进行了可行性分析。
The classification, application and requirements of elastic band were briefly described. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional elastic band with the prolongation of service time, such as poor dimensional stability, poor fatigue resistance and poor elasticity, the synthetic method and performance of the polyurethane elastic fiber, polyether ester elastic fiber, polyolefin elastic fiber and PET/PTT bicomponent composite fiber were summarized respectively. The feasibility of the development of new elastic fiber in elastic band industry was analyzed by combining the performance of new elastic fiber and the requirements of elastic band.
