摘要
应用SolidWorks、ANSYS软件分别对焊接形式的行星架结构进行三维建模和有限元分析,基于结构应力的研究方法,提取行星架在承受工作转矩时,行星架左右侧板与筋柱连接处焊缝截面的节点应力值,并进行分析计算。结果表明,等角焊缝的薄弱位置不是常规的45°焊喉截面,行星架等角焊缝在焊趾附近截面处的应力最大。对于截面积保持不变的非等角焊缝,研究了焊趾角度对焊缝承载性能的影响,找出了最佳承载能力下的焊趾角度为20°。
Solid Works and ANSYS were applied to conduct 3 D modeling and FEA of welded planetary carrier. Based on structural stress research method, the value of stress at sectional node of the welding seam between the left and the right side plate of the planetary carrier with rib column while the planetary carrier bearing working torque were extracted, and then was analyzed and calculated. The results showed the weak position of isoangular welding seam was not regular 45° throat section, and the stress of the isoangular welding seam on the section near weld toe was maximum. For the non-isoangular welding seam with the same section area, the influence of the weld toe angle on the load-carrying performance of the welding seam was studied, and the weld toe angle at optimal load-carrying capacity was identified as 20°.
