摘要
先秦青铜器的制作过程中,铸后加工费时费力,不但对器件质量起到关键性作用,同时也影响着铸型的设计和工艺。本文从青铜器技术进程的角度解析铸后加工的重要性以及其对铸造环节的影响。春秋中期以前,铸后加工多是针对器物本身的清理和磨砺,装饰靠铸型完成;春秋中期以后,铁器的普及提升了铸后加工的效率,同时铸型简化,而铸后加工结合表面装饰工艺开创了青铜器新风尚。
In the production process of the Pre-Qin bronzes, the post-casting process was time-consuming and laborious. It not only played a key role in the quality of the bronze wares, but also affected the design and preparing techniques of molds. In this paper, the importance of the post-casting processing and its impact on the casting process were analyzed from the viewpoint of the bronze technology development progress. Before the middle Spring and Autumn Period, the post-casting processing mostly involved the cleaning and grinding of the castings, and the decoration of the castings was completedbased on molds. After the middle Spring and Autumn Period, the popularity of iron tools improved the efficiency of the post-casting processing, and the molds were simplified. Then, the post-casting processing was combined with the surface decoration process, making a new style of bronzes.
