摘要
微沫剂是一种常用的引气剂,将微沫剂引入砂浆体系中可以经济有效地改善新拌砂浆的和易性、保水性和抗冻性,降低原材料成本。通过SEM观察气孔的形貌,采用压汞分析手段了解气孔的孔径分布情况,通过对比试验确定微沫剂的添加对砂浆体系性能的影响。试验结果表明:微沫剂的添加能产生大量的微小气泡,大幅度地降低新拌砂浆体系的密度,在掺量为0.2%时,体系的密度和各龄期强度较为理想。
The micro foaming agent is a common air entraining agent,to introduced into the mortar system can effectively im- prove the workability,water retention and frost resistance of the new mixed mortar, and reduce the cost of materials. The morpholo- gy of stomata was observed by SEM,and pore size distribution of pores was analyzed by mercury intrusion analysis. The influence of micro foaming agent on the performance of mortar system was determined through comparative experiments. The experimental re- sults show that the addition of micro foam agent can produce a large number of micro bubbles,and greatly reduce the density of the new mortar system. When the proportion is 0.2%,the density and intensity of the system is more ideal.
