摘要
建立了内啮合齿轮泵的集中参数模型,用于分析泵的工作性能,包括泵的容积效率、出口流量及压力脉动、困油流量以及三角槽流量等.将泵内部容腔划分成吸油腔、过渡腔、排油腔及困油腔四个容腔,并对每个容腔基于流量连续性方程建模,分析容腔的压力及流量变化过程.通过对出口流量和出口压力脉动两方面的仿真结果与试验数据的对比,验证了模型的正确性.仿真结果表明:困油流量会使得泵出口流量上升;此外,还会使得泵出口压力脉动及流量脉动下降,下降比例达46%和60%.三角槽流量使得过渡腔压力平稳过渡,但是会导致泵出口流量下降;此外,三角槽流量和泵内泄漏会导致泵出口压力脉动及流量脉动上升,上升比例达16%和60%.
A lumped parameter model was presented in this paper for internal gear pumps for analyzing the pumps' performance in terms of the volumetric efficiency,the outlet flow and pressure ripples,the trapped flow and the triangular flow.Experimental validations were performed for the justification of the proposed model from the aspects of outlet flowrate and the outlet pressure ripples.Simulation results suggest that the trapped flow yields an increase in the outlet flow.Apart from that,the trapped flow yields a 46% decrease in the outlet pressure ripple and a 60% decrease in the outlet flow ripple.Regarding the triangular flow,it results in a steady rise of the transitional pressure and a decrease of the outlet flow.Aside from that,the triangular flow and the pump's internal leakage yield a 16% increase in the outlet pressure ripple and a 60% increase in the outlet flow ripple.
