The Promotion of Teacher's Curriculum Capacity Toward to the Core Competence of Teacher and Students

摘要 发展学生核心素养,需要教师课程能力的提升。当我们站在生命的价值立场上时,将会发现作为"核心"的核心素养,师生的核心素养是相通的。本文聚焦师生核心素养的生命价值立场,从课程理解力、开发力、实施力与研究力四方面论述教师课程能力,并提出教师要努力成为实践研究者,不断提升自身课程能力。 In order to foster students' core competence,teachers need to promote their curriculum capacity. If we think about the core competence from the perspective of life value,we will find that the core competence for both teachers and students are highly correlated. This paper analyzes the teacher's curriculum capacity from four aspects:curriculum understanding,curriculum developing,curriculum implementing,and research capacity. Therefore,teachers should be striving to be a practical research,and this would be a key path for promoting teacher curriculum capacity.
