摘要
合成具有C1对称轴的3-醛基-1,1′-联-2-萘酚荧光探针,该探针在Zn2+的存在下和手性二胺或手性氨基酸相互作用后,荧光发射波长红移至560nm处,表现出明显的荧光增强,且荧光增强强度对不同手性结构的二胺或氨基酸具有一定的选择性,具有对映选择性识别的能力。尤其针对1,2-二苯基乙二胺而言,与文献报道的3,3′-二醛基-1,1′-联-2-萘酚(C2对称轴荧光传感器)进行荧光识别的效果相比,其对映选择性识别的能力实现了从无到有的改善。
C1-symmetric 2,2′-dihydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl-3-carbaldehyde was applied as enantioselective fluorescent sensor towards chiral diamines and amino acids in the presence of Zn2+.It exhibited great-enhanced fluorescence and moderate enantioselectivity with red-shifted signals at around 560 nm.Especially for the chiral1,2-diphenylethylenediamine,which showed no enantioselectivity fluorescent signals when were treated with the previously reported C2-symmetric fluorescent sensor 3,3′-diformyl-1,1′-bi-2-naphthol,the C1-symmetric sensor showed moderate enantioselectivity.
