摘要
试验研究了某粉煤灰的基本性质,得出其平均粒径为33.122μm,主要化学成分是SiO_2、Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3,属于低钙粉煤灰。为了优化制备聚合材料的各原料间的配比,试验设计了L_9(3~4)正交表,通过极差和方差对试验结果进行了分析,得到因素A对试验结果的影响高度显著,而试验的最佳条件是:水泥掺比20%、粉煤灰掺比60%、砂子掺比10%、偏高岭土掺比10%、NaOH(aq)浓度3 mol/L、Ca(OH)2(aq)浓度3mol/L、硅酸钠占液相50%。在最佳条件下制备了抗压强度17.95 MPa的聚合材料,达到了混凝土C15级别。
After studying the basic properties of fly ash, the test results were obtained that the average particle size was 33.122 μm, the main chemical compositions were SiO2, Al2O2 and Fe2 O2, and the grade belonged to low-calcium fly ash. In order to optimize the ratio of each raw material for preparing polymeric materials, the L9 (34) orthogonal test was designed and the test results were analyzed by range and variance. It was found that the influence of factor A on the test results was highly significant. The optimal conditions for the experiments were as follows: cement mixing ratio of 20%, fly ash mixing ratio of 60%, sand mixing ratio of 10%, metakaolin mixing ratio of 10%, NaOH(aq) concentration of 3 mol/L, Ca(OH)2 (aq) concentration of 3 mol/L, as well as sodium silicate liquidoid of 50%. Under the optimum conditions, the polymeric material with compressive strength of 17.95 MPa was prepared, reaching the level of concrete C15.
