Vitamin D deficiency and childhood fractures

摘要 维生素D是一组具有生物活性的脂溶性固醇类衍生物,它通过维生素D受体发挥其主要作用.维生素D调节机体骨骼的钙磷平衡,协调成骨细胞与破骨细胞的相互关系使骨骼正常发育.越来越多的证据显示维生素D缺乏与儿童骨折的发生及愈合存在密切联系,维生素D在某种程度上参与儿童骨折机制调控,影响正常骨质密度.维生素D不足很可能引起儿童骨量的减少,最终导致骨折发生率升高.本文综述了近年来维生素D缺乏与儿童骨折的相关研究进展,希望能够为儿童骨折的预防及治疗提供新的思路. As a diverse group of bioactive liposoluble sterol derivatives,vitamin D is mediated by vitamin D receptor.Vitamin D regulates the balance of calcium and phosphorus in bone and coordinates the relationship between osteoblasts and osteoclasts.Mounting evidence has indicated that vitamin D deficiency is closely correlated with the occurrence and healing of fractures in children. Vitamin D is involved in regulating fracture mechanism and affecting normal bone density. Its deficiency may cause bone loss and eventually result in an elevated incidence of fractures in children. This article reviews recent advances in vitamin D deficiency and childhood fractures and provides new thoughts for preventing and treating childhood fractures.
