摘要
基于可持续生计资本分析框架,结合相关文献与研究成果,构建了乡村旅游地脱贫居民可持续生计资本返贫风险综合评价模型,并从长沙市乡村旅游地脱贫居民的人力资本、自然资本、物质资本、金融资本、社会资本5种类型的返贫风险性进行了多层次的实证分析与评价,结果表明:长沙市乡村旅游地脱贫居民可持续生计资本的返贫风险综合评价值为3.19,返贫风险性较大;长沙市所辖的望城区、浏阳市、宁乡市的乡村旅游地脱贫居民可持续生计资本返贫风险性存在一定的空间差异,其中望城区的自然资本返贫风险性最大,浏阳市与宁乡市返贫风险性最大的为金融资本。需要提升乡村旅游地脱贫居民自身的"造血"功能,才能达到永久脱贫,实现乡村的全面振兴。
Based on the analysis framework of sustainable livelihoods capital, combined with relevant literatures and researches, a comprehensive evaluation model of the risk of sustainable livelihoods for the poor residents in rural tourism is constructed, and such 5 types as human capital, natural capital, material capital, financial capital and social capital from the rural tourist sites in Changsha are evaluated. The result shows that the comprehensive evaluation of the risk of returning poverty to the poor residents who have been getting rid of poverty of the rural tourist sites in Changsha was 3.19 which is the great risk of returning to poverty. Secondly, there existing a certain spatial difference in the risk of returning to poverty on the sustainable livelihoods capital of the residents in Wangcheng District, Liuyang County and Ningxiang County in Changsha City, among which the risk of natural capital returning to the poor in Wangcheng District is the most, and the most risky of Liuyang and Ningxiang is financial capital. Finally, the permanent poverty alleviation can be achieved and the rural areas revitalization can be realized by the ＂hematopoiesis＂ function of the people who need to be lifted out of poverty in rural tourism.
