摘要
基于Autoform对后门外板的单动拉深成形过程进行分析,通过接触压强、特征圆角半径、反弯曲应变、减薄率分析对后门外板轮眉处滑移线进行判定,分析了判定结果与实际滑移线结果不同的原因。基于动态显式算法建立了滑移线的有限元模型,设计正交试验分析了成形速度、特征圆角半径、约束距离、材料厚度对棱线滑移线的影响情况,提出了后门外板轮眉处滑移线的解决方法,并在生产中得到验证,解决了后门外板轮眉处的滑移线问题。
The drawing process of the rear door out panel was analyzed based on Autoform platform. The contact pressure, radius of characteristic fillet, contraflexure strain and thin- ning rate were taken into account to predict the result of slip line, and the reason of the difference between the predicted result and the actual result was analyzed. The finite ele- ment model for the slip line was built based on the dynamic explicit method, and the influ- ence of the parameters such as forming velocity, radius of characteristic fillet, constrain dis- tance and material thickness on the slip line were analyzed by designing an orthogonal test. The corresponding solution for the slip line on the wheel brow of the rear door out panel was put forward and demonstrated.
