摘要
随着空调、冰箱等各类含有制冷剂设备的使用和更新换代,废制冷剂带来的环境问题受到了国际社会的普遍关注。废制冷剂回收利用和处理处置政策的制定和实行对于实现其环境无害化管理至关重要。本文通过对比研究,分析了国内外制冷剂回收利用和处理处置政策的特点,并提出了国内制冷剂的回收利用和处理处置的相关政策建议。
With the use and update of various refrigerant equipment such as air conditioning and refrigerator, the environmental problems caused by waste refrigerant have been widely concerned by the international community. The formulation and implementation of policies on waste refrigerant recovery,utilization and treatment are of vital importance to the realization of environmental harmless management. In this paper, the characteristics of domestic and foreign policies on refrigerant recycling and disposal are analyzed through comparative study,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations for domestic refrigerant recycling and disposal.
