摘要
目的对腰椎间盘突出合并脊椎滑脱患者手术方式以及临床疗效进行探讨。方法取64例腰椎间盘突出合并脊椎滑脱患者参与此次研究,患者均于2016年5月至2018年5月入院进行治疗。64患者均实施手术治疗,观察患者临床手术的治疗效果,并予以分析。结果 64例患者治疗显示,有33例患者优,有26例患者为良,有2例患者可,有3例患者为差,优良率为92.2%。患者平均手术时间为(114.2±1.2)min,手术出血量平均为(43.2±1.6)mL。患者术后VAS分值低于术前(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;ODI分值高于术前(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论对腰椎间盘突出合并脊椎滑脱患者选择合适的手术治疗方式,可有效提高手术治疗效果,改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the surgical methods and clinical efficacy of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation combined with spondylolisthesis. Methods 64 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and spondylolisthesis were enrolled in this study. All patients were admitted to hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 for treatment. All 64 patients underwent surgical treatment, and the therapeutic effect of clinical operation was observed and analyzed. Results The treatment of 64 patients showed that 33 patients were superior, 26 were good, 2 were fair, 3 were poor, and the rate of excellent was 92.2%. The average operative time of the patients was（114.2＋1.2）min, and the average operative blood loss was（43.2＋1.6）mL. The postoperative VAS score of the patients was lower than that before surgery（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. The ODI score was higher than that before surgery（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Choosing appropriate surgical treatment for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and spondylolisthesis can effectively improve the surgical treatment effect and prognosis.
