摘要
目的分析西药房抗生素管理的应用在提高抗生素用药安全性中的效果。方法统计我院2017年8月至2018年8月各类抗生素使用次数,并计算由抗生素使用引发的不良反应次数,以2018年2月作为临界点对比分析实施抗生素用药管理前后抗生素使用引发的不良反应发生率的差异。结果西药房抗生素管理应用后,使用抗生素治疗的总不良反应发生率显著低于应用前(P<0.05)。结论西药房抗生素管理活动的实施可有效改善抗生素使用现状,提高患者及医师对滥用抗生素的重视,从而提高临床用药的安全性,有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the the application of antibiotic management in western pharmacy to improve the safety of antibiotics. Methods The number of antibiotic use in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 was counted, and the number of adverse reactions caused by antibiotic use was calculated. The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions caused by antibiotic use before and after antibiotic administration was compared using February 2018 as a critical point. Results After the administration of antibiotics in Western pharmacy, the incidence of adverse reactions after antibiotics treatment was significantly lower than before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of antibiotic management activities in western pharmacies can effectively improve the status of antibiotic use, improve the attention of patients and physicians on the abuse of antibiotics, and thus improve the safety of clinical medications, and has the value of promotion.
