摘要
目的探讨新式无保护会阴接生法对减少会阴侧切与产后出血的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2017年8月在我院自然分娩的产妇60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采用传统的保护会阴接生法,观察组采用新式无保户会阴接生法。比较两组会阴裂伤与侧切情况,第二产程时间,产后2 h出血量,产后住院时间。结果观察组会阴完整率显著高于对照组,侧切率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组第二产程时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产后2h出血量显著少于对照组,产后住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新式无保护会阴接生法能有效保护会阴,减少会阴侧切率,减少产后出血,缩短产后住院时间。
Objective to explore the effect of new unprotected perineal delivery on reduction of perineal lateral incision and postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 60 cases of natural childbirth in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2017 were selected as study objects, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each. The control group adopted the traditional method of protecting perineal delivery, while the observation group adopted the new method of protecting perineal delivery. The second labor duration, 2 h postpartum blood loss, and postpartum hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results the perineal integrity rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the lateral cutting rate was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the second labor duration between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Postpartum 2 h blood loss in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and postpartum hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the new unprotected perineal delivery method can effectively protect the perineal, reduce the perineal side cutting rate, reduce the postpartum hemorrhage and shorten the postpartum hospitalization time.
