摘要
目的对冠心病心绞痛患者应用中药血府逐瘀汤治疗的临床效果进行观察。方法选取我院接治92冠心病心绞痛患者纳入观察中,均分为研究组和常规组;常规组单用西药治疗,研究组同时服用血府逐瘀汤,均连续治疗4周,对比分析两组临床效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.5%,显著高于常规组的80.5%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组心绞痛发作次数、单次持续时间短于常规组(P<0.05);两组用药治疗中均未出现明显不良反应。结论在冠心病心绞痛治疗中应用中药血府逐瘀汤,可有效提升疗效,且安全性高,有着重要临床价值。
Objective to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine xuefu Zhuyu decoction in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 92 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital and were divided into study Group and routine group. The conventional group was treated with Western medicine alone, and the study group took blood-stasis decoction at the same time, which were treated continuously for 4 weeks, and analyzed the clinical effects of the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the study group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than 80.5%（P〈0.05）.After treatment, angina attacks and single duration in the study group were shorter than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion the application of Traditional Chinese medicine xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris can effectively improve the curative effect and high safety, and has important clinical value.KEY WORDSCoronary heart disease; Angina pectoris; Xuefu zhuyu soup
