摘要
由于城乡发展不均衡等原因,农村幼儿教师队伍的建设仍然存在诸多问题和困境,严重制约农村幼儿教育事业的健康发展,突出表现在教师数量不足、学历低、专业知识缺乏、工作强度大、工作条件差、职业成就感差、工作待遇低、社会认可度低等多方面。因此,必须采取有效措施,加强对农村幼儿园的建设与管理,改善办园条件;加强农村幼儿师资培养培训力度,提高办园质量;完善激活农村幼儿教师工作积极性的体制机制,增强幼师职业幸福感;推进城乡幼儿教师双向流动,形成城市支援农村幼儿教育的师资帮扶机制,最终实现城乡幼儿教育事业均衡发展。
Owing to the reasons like unbalanced urban and rural development, there are still many problems and difficulties in the construction of rural preschool teachers, which seriously restricts the healthy development of preschool education in rural areas. Typical problems include the insufficient number of teachers, low educational background, lack of professional knowledge, heavy workload, poor working conditions, poor career achievement sense, low pay and low social recognition. Therefore, effective measures must be taken to strengthen the construction and management of rural kindergartens and improve the conditions for running the kindergartens, to strengthen the training of rural preschool teachers and improve the quality of running the kindergarten, to improve the system and mechanism of teachers' working enthusiasm and enhance their occupational happiness, to promote two-way flow of preschool teachers in both urban and rural areas and form a supporting mechanism from urban areas for the preschool education in rural areas so as to achieve a balanced development of education in both urban and rural areas.
