摘要
基于修正的蝉变模型,构建海洋生物医药产业专利可产业化辨识过程框架,即"产品研发—产品概念—概念产品—样品产品—批量产品—商用产品",并构建海洋生物医药产业专利可产业化辨识模型。选取代表性指标海洋药物领域的发明专利申请数量、海洋生物医药产业增加值,应用该模型对我国海洋生物医药产业专利可产业化辨识进行实证分析,得出结论:我国海洋生物医药产业专利可产业化辨识的可通过性程度值E为0.632 7,即当前海洋生物医药专利可产业化的可行性较高,风险较小,但仍不能忽略风险的存在。结果分析,其原因主要包括:研究空间潜力巨大;政府支持力度加大;企业申请专利较少,产业化程度低;产业链横纵向延伸困难,产业服务欠缺。
Based on the modified Cicada change model, this paper builds the framework of process of marine biopharmaceutics industry patent industrialization, namely, "product research and development, concept of product, conceptual, sample products, batch products, commercial products", and established the model of the identification of marine biopharmaeeuties industry patent industrialization. This article chooses the number of patent applications in the field of marine drugs and the added value of marine biological medicine industry as representative indexes. Research results show that the degree of availability value E of marine biopharmaceutics industry patent industrialization is 0.6327. This means that the feasibility of the current marine biopharmaceutics industry patent industrialization is higher, with less risk, but the existence of the risk still cannot be ignored. The reasons mainly includes: the huge potential of research space; the enhanced government support; the less patent applications by enterprise and the low degree of industrialization; the difficulty in the vertical and horizontal extention of the industry chain, and the lack of industry service.
