摘要
通过对A5052和A3003两种铝合金材料进行正、反旋对比分析,得出A5052在大长径比筒形件正、反旋成形时成形质量较优;探究了两种材料在正、反旋时旋压力分布,研究显示径向力大于轴向力,并远大于切向力;进一步研究成形质量较好的A5052在不同旋轮个数及布局下的成形特点,应变场分析显示双旋轮同步正、反旋成形其最大等效应变较小,具有较稳定的成形性,且正旋成形质量高于反旋,结论可为液体包装容器制造行业的工艺与材料设计提供参考。
A contrastive analysis on aluminum alloy AA5052 and AA3003 in forward spinning and backward spinning process was conducted. It is concluded that the forming quality of AA5052 is better. The force distribution in forward spinning and backward spinning was studied. The results show that the radial force is greater than the axial force,and is much larger than the tangential force. Through further investigation of the forming characteristics of A5052 which features good forming quality under different number and distribution of rollers,the analysis of strain field shows that the maximum equivalent plastic strain is small,and the formability is stable in both forward spinning and backward spinning of double rollers. The formability of forward spinning is better than that of backward spinning,and the conclusion can provide references for the process and material design for the liquid packaging container industry.
