摘要
为了研究带钢在拉弯矫直过程中张力和压弯量对曲率、伸长率的影响,采用弹塑性力学的分析方法,建立了带钢在拉弯矫直过程中曲率、伸长率随张力和弯矩变化的解析模型;通过曲率积分的方法,建立了弯曲辊的压弯量随张力和弯矩变化的解析模型。结合曲率、伸长率解析模型和压弯量解析模型,构建了以曲率、伸长率为输入变量,以张力、压弯量为输出变量的拉矫工艺参数优化模型。通过拉矫工艺参数优化模型可分析出不同的目标曲率、伸长率下,张力和压弯量的配置关系,研究结果可为工业现场的拉弯矫直的参数配置提供理论参考。
To study the influence of tension and bending amount on the curvature and elongation of strip steel in the tension leveling process,elastic-plastic mechanics analysis method was conducted to establish an analytical model for the variation of curvature and elongation with tension and bending moment of strip steel during the process,and an analytical model for the variation of the bending amount of the bending rolls with tension and bending moment was established based on curvature integration method. Combined the curvature,elongation analytical model with the bending amount analytical model,an optimization model about tension leveling process parameters was constructed,which treated the curvature and elongation as input variables,the tension and bending amount as output variables. The configuration about the tension and bending amount under different target curvatures and elongations could be calculated by the optimization model of tension leveling parameters. The study result can provide a theoretical reference for the parameters optimization of a tension leveling.
