摘要
目的:观察消疹散联合紫外线光疗、盐酸左西替利嗪治疗玫瑰糠疹(PR)疗效。方法:将90例PR患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例;在口服盐酸左西替利嗪治疗基础上,对照组给予紫外线光疗,观察组给予消疹散联合紫外线光疗,两组疗程均为10天;比较两组临床疗效、症状积分、瘙痒消失时间、皮疹消失时间及血清白细胞介素-17 (IL-17)、白细胞介素-22 (IL-22)水平,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组愈显率为88. 89%,明显高于对照组的66. 67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);治疗10天后,观察组较对照组皮疹数目、红斑、浸润、鳞屑、瘙痒等积分均降低(P<0. 05);观察组瘙痒消失时间、皮疹消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0. 05);治疗10天后,观察组较对照组血清IL-17、IL-22水平均明显降低(P<0. 05)。结论:消疹散联合紫外线光疗、盐酸左西替利嗪治疗PR疗效显著,可有效促进症状缓解,其作用机制可能与显著降低IL-17、IL-22水平有关。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of using Xiaozhen Powder combined with phototherapy with ultraviolet and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride in treatment of pityriasis rosea( PR). Methods: 90 patients with PR were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group with 45 patients in each group. On the basis of oral administration of Levocetirizine Hydrochloride,the controlled group was treated by phototherapy with ultraviolet while the observation group was treated with Xiaozhen Powder and phototherapy with ultraviolet,and the two groups were treated for 10 days. The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,pruritus disappearance time,rash disappearance time,serum interleukin-17( IL-17) and interleukin-22( IL-22) levels were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were observed. Results: The cured and markedly effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the controlled group( 88. 89% vs 66. 67%)( P〈0. 05). After 10 days of treatment,the number of skin rashes,scores of erythema,infiltration,scales and pruritus in the observation group were smaller or lower than those in the controlled group( P〈0. 05). The itching disappearance time and rash disappearance time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the controlled group( P〈0. 05). After 10 days of treatment,serum levels of IL-17 and IL-22 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Xiaozhen Powder combined with phototherapy with ultraviolet and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride is markedly effective in the treatment of PR. The regimen can effectively promote to relief symptom,and the mechanism may be related to the significant decrease of IL-17 and IL-22 levels.
