摘要
随着我国医疗水平的不断提高,人们更加关注健康,然而医院时常人满为患,如何基于新媒体、新模式缓解医院的接诊压力,值得深思。笔者提出了基于微信公众平台的网上问诊系统研究设计,提出将互联网优势与传统的就医相结合的模式,通过网上问诊、视频问诊、电话问诊、医疗知识推送等功能,可以帮助部分小病患者及时通过微信和医院专家交流,实现网上问诊,节省了直接去医院就医的时间,同时在一定程度上缓解了医院人流过多的问题。
With the continuous improvement of medical level in our country, people pay more attention to health. However, hospitals are often overcrowded. It is worth pondering how to relieve the pressure of hospitalization based on new media and new mode.This paper puts forward the research and design of the online inquiry system based on the public platform of Wechat, and puts forward the mode that combines the advantages of the Internet with the traditional medical treatment. Through the functions of online inquiry, video inquiry, telephone inquiry, medical knowledge push and so on, it can help some patients with minor diseases communicate with hospital experts in time and achieve online inquiry. It saves the time to go to the hospital directly and alleviates the problem of overcrowding to a certain extent.
