摘要
回顾我国改革开放四十年以来关于农村小规模学校发展的实践过程,不同阶段有着不同的取舍标准,在经历了一系列改革措施之后,我们应当以一种继往开来的眼光去审视过去,反思不足,为今后的小规模学校整改提供适宜的方式。农村小规模学校的发展作为一项教育活动,以育人为核心才是发挥其真正价值的体现,单纯的以一种行政理性去推进这项教育活动带来的是一种教育本性的偏离。针对这些现实,我们必须明确教育的真正价值所在,遵循其有助于个人发展的学校布局调整走向,将农村小规模学校存在与否的标准从行政决定一切回归到以教育本性为中心,从而真正实现普及义务教育的初衷。
Retrospection on the practice process of the development small-scale schools in rural area since four decades of the reform and opening-up policy, there are different standards in different periods. After several revolutions, we need search out my own shortcomings and reflect on the past to provide proper ways for the later revolution to the small-scale schools.The development of small-scale schools in rural area as a kind of education activity should center with cultivating students to realize its real value. Using single administrative reason to promote this education activity is deviation to education nature. Taking these realities into consideration, we have to make sure the real value of education, follow the principle that helpful to cultivate students to change the standard of if small-scale schools should exist from administrative decision to education nature to realize popularization of compulsory education.
