摘要 基于应用型本科现实发展背景和国内建筑教育现状,提出建立以就业为导向,高校为核心、企业深度参与、分工合作、良性互动的校企合作协同式人才培养模式。旨在培养计划、实践环节合作为基础,建立校企合作有效管理机制为保障,实现创新创业为途径三方面进行深入探讨,具有较高的可行性,以期为完善建筑学人才培养提供助力。 Based on the background of practical development of application-oriented undergraduates and the current situation of domestic architectural education, the author proposes to establish a collaborative model of school-enterprise cooperation and talents training with employment orientation, college as the core, enterprise participation, division of labor and cooperation, and benign interaction. The aim is to develop cooperation in planning and practice, establish effective management mechanism for school and enterprise cooperation, and explore three ways to realize innovation and entrepreneurship. It has a high feasibility and hopes to provide help for improving the training of architecture talents.
