摘要
介绍了BIM技术的三个特点,从房建工程造价阶段、质量管理、安全管理、进度管理等四个方面论述了BIM技术在房建工程施工中的应用,从而提高施工企业竞争力。
The paper introduces the three features of BIM, and indicates the application of BIM techniques in the housing projects from the cost phase of the housing projects, quality management of housing projects, safety management of housing projects, and housing project progress management, so as to improve the competitive edges of construction enterprises.
