摘要
随着房地产行业在推动我国国民经济增长等方面所具备的优势作用的逐步发挥,我国房地产市场发展前景良好,进而带动了建筑工程事业的稳步发展。我国建筑施工工程的数量与规模均较以往有了巨大提升,而为了能够有效满足新时期下的市场发展潮流与企业发展需要,建筑工程施工管理模式也面临着积极创新的现实问题。从简单说明创新建筑工程施工管理模式的必要性入手,结合目前建筑工程施工管理模式的创新情况,尝试对如何有效实现建筑工程施工管理模式的创新发展提出几点相应的对策建议以供参考。
With the gradual exertion of the advantages of the real estate industry in promoting China’s national economic growth, the development of the real estate market in China has a good prospect, which has led to the steady development of the construction project. The number and scale of construction projects in China have been greatly improved, and in order to effectively meet the market development trend and the needs of the enterprise development in the new period, the construction management model is also facing the positive and innovative practical problems. Under this background, this article will start with the necessity of simply explaining the construction management mode of the innovative construction engineering, and combine the innovation of the construction management mode of the construction engineering, and try to put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively realize the innovation and development of the construction management mode of the construction project for reference.
