摘要
渤南油田储层物性差,油层非均质严重,开采难度大,且缺乏有力的新区阵地。为实现渤南油田的可持续发展,按照差异化管理提高低渗透油藏采收率的思路,通过差异化研究,多方位评价,强化全面认识;在此基础上推广新技术新工艺的应用,提高单井产能;强化油藏存在问题的调查分析,为差异性调整打好基础;立足油藏特点,开展局部先导试验,为整体调整提供经验;强化差异性井网调整规划,实现油田的有效开发。低渗透油藏差异化管理提高采收率技术实施以来,有效的降低了渤南油田自然递减,提高了油田经济效益,老井年递减8. 4%,综合含水从78. 9%下降到78. 5%。为同类型油藏长效发展提供了借鉴思路。
The oil exploitation of Bonan Oilfield is more and more difficult, which is caused by poor physical properties and serious heterogeneity and lacking of effective new area. In order to realize the sustainable development of Bonan Oilfield, according to the idea of enhancing oil recovery by differential management, the comprehensive understanding is launched through the study of differentiation, multi-directional evaluation. And the new technique and technology are popularized and applied to increase single well productivity. The local pilot test is carried out based on the reservoir characteristics, which provides experience for the whole adjustment. The differential well network adjustment planning is strengthened to achieve effective exploitation. Since the implementation of differential management to enhance oil recovery, the natural decline rate of the Bonan Oilfield has been reduced effectively and the economic performance has been improved. The annual natural decline rate decreases to 8.4%, and the total water cut is reduced from 78.9% to 78.5%. The exploration and application of differential management in low permeability reservoir offers a concept for the long-term development of similar reservoirs.
