摘要
在污泥磷回收的单因素实验基础上,筛选了p H值、白云石投加量、反应温度为重要影响因素,利用Design-expert对影响因素进行实验设计及响应面优化分析。实验结果表明:拟合的曲线与实测值相关性较好(R2为0. 9784),并确定了可操作性的实验条件:p H值为9、白云石投加量为238 mg/L、反应温度为28℃,在此条件下磷的回收率可达92. 48%,与预测值相比的误差为0. 83%。
Several important factors, such as pH value, dolomite dosage and reaction temperature, were screened on the basis of single experiment on phosphorus recovery from sludge, and experimental design and response surface optimization were analyzed by using design-expert about the influencing factors. The experimental results showed that the fitting curve and the measured values had a good correlation (R 2 equals to 0.9784 ), and phosphorus recovery rates was up to 92.48% under the conditions of pH 9, dolomite dosage of 238 mg/L and reaction temperature of 28 ℃. And the error between the experimental and predicted values was 0.83%.
