摘要
目的:通过构建新的医院手术统计体系,用以准确统计医院手术、医疗技术开展数量。方法:采用PDCA循环工具,从计划、实施、检查与处理四个阶段,提出改进措施并实施。结果:信息系统改造后治疗性内镜和治疗性介入操作统计填报率显著提高(P<0.001),加上规范化院内临床手术库的运用,手术统计准确性提高。结论:运用PDCA工具可以提高医院手术统计准确性,可作为医院手术管理的有效工具。
Objective：By constructing a new statistical system of hospital operation, to accurately count thenumber of hospital surgeries and medical technology.Methods：By using PDCA cycle tools, the improvementmeasures and implementation are proposed from the four stages of planning, implementation, inspection andprocessing.Results：The accuracy of surgical statistics was improved after the use of the standardized hospitalclinical operation database, and the statistical completion rate of treatment endoscopy and therapeutic interventionwas significantly improved （P〈 0.001） after the transformation of information system.Conclusion：Using PDCAtools can improve the accuracy of hospital operation statistics, and can be used as an effective tool for hospitaloperation management.
