摘要
针对动车组设备分级树的问题,介绍了故障信息的宏观分析方法,并举例进行了说明。分析设备故障率的函数公式,建立设备的维修间隔期优化模型,并给出了多设备综合维修的优化模型。
A method of establishing classification tree for EMU equipment is described. The macroscopic analysis method of fault information is introduced in detail and illustrated with examples. This paper introduces the acquisition method of equipment failure rate function, studies the optimization model of single equipment maintenance interval, and gives the optimization model of multi-equipment comprehensive maintenance.
