摘要
在数控车床上加工螺纹是很方便的,但在加工大螺距或多头梯形螺纹时,由于工艺方面的原因,比较困难。通过分层和分区域切削解决了加工过程中梯形螺纹车刀切削刃的受力分配问题,有效避免了扎刀、螺纹变形等现象,同时,采用参数化程序编辑方式使梯形螺纹数控车削宏程序可以适用于各种内外梯形螺纹的加工,从而降低梯形螺纹的数控编程和加工难度。
It is very convenient to process threads on a CNC lathe, but it is difficult to process large pitch or multi trapezoidal thread because of technological reasons. This paper solves the problem of the force distribution of the cutting edge of the trapezoidal thread cutter in the process of processing by layered and subregion cutting, and effectively avoids the phenomenon of cutting the knife and the deformation of the thread. At the same time, the macro program of the trapezoidal thread NC turning can be applied to the machining of the trapezoid thread in all kinds of inside and outside, and thus the reduction of the trapezoid thread can be reduced. The numerical control programming and processing difficulty of the trapezoidal thread.
