摘要
采用分光光度法测定水样中离子液体表面活性剂的含量,在中性条件下,离子液体表面活性剂溴化1-十四烷基-3-甲基咪唑([C14MIM]Br)和溴化1-十六烷基-3-甲基咪唑([C16MIM]Br)能与甲基橙反应,生成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变,最大褪色波长分别为469 nm、471 nm。在最大吸收波长处,离子液体表面活性剂[C14MIM]Br和[C16MIM]Br的浓度与甲基橙溶液的褪色程度在浓度1μg/mL^40μg/mL内呈良好的线性关系,表观摩尔系数分别为1.28×104L·mol-1·cm-1、1.92×104L·mol-1·cm-1,回收率99.3%~104.1%。该方法无须萃取,方便快捷,灵敏度高,可用于水样中离子液体表面活性剂的测定。
Spectrophotometry was applied to the measurement of ionic liquid surfactants in the water sample. Under neutral conditions,both 1-tetradecyl-3-methylimidazole bromide ([C14MIM]Br) and 1-hexadecyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([C16MIM]Br) could react with methyl orange (MO) to form ionic associates. The colors of both solutions changed obviously,with the maximum fading wavelength at 469 nm and 471 nm respectively. It was also found that the concentration of both [C14MIM]Br and [C16MIM]Br ranging from 1 μg/mL to 40 μg/mL showed fine linear correlations with the discoloration of MO at the maximum absorption wavelength,which conformed to Beer’s law. The apparent molar absorption coefficient was 1.28×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm-1 and 1.92×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 respectively,and the average recovery rate was between 99.3% and 104.1%. This method,with no need for extraction,can be used to measure the ionic liquid surfactants in water samples with satisfactory results,due to its advantages of great sensitivity as well as quickness and convenience.
