摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸治疗白内障术后黄斑囊样水肿的临床效果。方法选择2017年7月-2018年7月期间我院收治的50例白内障术后黄斑囊样水肿患者为研究对象,根据随机抽样法将其分为两组,其中对照组接受常规治疗,而观察组则运用桂枝茯苓丸联合治疗,对两组效果进行比较分析。结果治疗前,两组视力恢复比较无差异(P> 0. 05);治疗后,观察组的视力恢复情况优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05);与对照组比较,观察组的中医证候有效率较高,组间对比差异明显(P <0. 05);同时,两组的眼底检查结果比较有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论临床上给予白内障术后黄斑囊样水肿患者桂枝茯苓丸治疗可以获得满意疗效。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Guizhi fuling pill in the treatment of macular edema after cataract operation. Methods 50 cases of macular edema after cataract surgery in our hospital during July 2017-July 2018 were studied and divided into two groups according to the random sampling method,in which the control group was treated by conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi fuling pill,the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Before the treatment,the two groups had no difference in vision recovery（ P 〉0. 05）; After treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P05）; Compared with the control group,the observation group＇s TCM syndromes were more efficient and the contrast between the groups was obvious（ P〈 0. 05）; At the same time,the fundus examination results of the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The clinical treatment of patients with macular edema after cataract surgery can obtain satisfactory curative effect.
