摘要
目的分析玉林市首次出现人感染H7N9高致病性禽流感治愈病例的实验室检测结果,为今后人感染H7N9禽流感的防治工作提供科学、快速、准确的依据。方法使用实时荧光定量PCR法对2例首发患者发病后采集不同时期、不同种类的标本进行实验室检测并进行分析。结果 2例患者发病早期、中期深吸痰H7N9核酸检测均为阳性,咽拭子H7N9核酸检测为一阳一阴;发病后期咽拭子、深吸痰核酸检测H7N9均为阴性。结论 H7N9禽流感起病急、病情进展快,发病早期要及时采集多种类(上呼吸道、下呼吸道及其不同部位)标本进行检测,这是避免漏检以及有效防治、提高治愈率、降低病死率的关键措施。
Objective To analyze the laboratory test results influenza H7N9 in Yulin, so as to provide scientific, rapid of the first cured patient infected with highly pathogenic avian and accurate basis for future prevention and control of human infection of H7N9. Methods Real - time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect and analyze the samples collected from two first -episode patients at different stages and types. Results HTN9 nucleic acid in both cases was tested as positive in the early and middle stages of deep sputum suction. The HTN9 nucleic acid from throat swab specimen in both cases was tested as one positive and one negative. In the late stage of the disease, HTN9 was tested as negative in throat swab and deep sputum suction. Conclusion The onset of H7N9 is fast and the disease progresses rapidly. In the early stage of the disease, multiple types of specimens ( upper and lower respiratory tract and different parts of it) should be collected in time for detection which is to avoid missed inspection and a key measure to effectively prevent and cure the disease, improve the cure rate and reduce fatality rate.
