拔牙位点保存技术在口腔种植患者中的应用效果分析被引量：5

摘要目的分析拔牙位点保存技术在口腔种植患者中的应用效果。方法选择口腔种植患者64例(108颗种植体)为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为微创拔牙组、即刻种植组、引导骨再生组,分别接受微创拔牙方法、即刻种植方法、引导骨再生方法。比较3组种牙成功率、骨密度及种植体骨质吸收情况。结果 3组种牙成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。随访1年3组骨密度评分、唇腭向及垂直向比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在口腔种植患者中应用拔牙位点保存技术的效果确切。
