摘要
"鲁班工坊"在项目的逐渐落实和发展中,探索出了一系列品牌塑造、合作办学、承办大赛、人才培养、校政企复合型合作的"鲁班模式"。同时,"鲁班工坊"在资金使用、评估体系、国际化标准、跨文化管理以及文化价值输出等方面仍存在着进一步提升空间。因此,要深化多主体联动作用,建立"鲁班工坊"评估监督体系,完善教育多边合作机制,提高跨国人才治理水平,利用好国际国内两个舞台,实现"人文职教"的发展目标。
During the implementation and development of "Luban workshop" project, a "Luban Workshop Mode" of a series of brands building, cooperative school running, undertaking the competition, talents training, and school-government-enterprise coop- eration is gradually explored. Meanwhile, "Luban workshop" still has room for further improvement in capital use, evaluation sys- tem, international standards, cross-cultural management and cultural value output, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the link- age effect of multiple subjects, establish the evaluation and supervision system of "Luban workshop", improve education multilateral cooperation mechanism, improve the level of transnational talents governance, and make good use of both international and domes- tic platforms to realize the developing goal of "humanity vocational education".
