摘要
以滇海水仙花为试材,采用尼龙纱网和黑色遮阴网设置了3种不同的遮阴程度(40%、65%、85%),以全光照为对照,研究遮阴对滇海水仙花生长及生理生化的影响,以期探讨滇海水仙花对光照的需求和适应性。结果表明:随着遮阴强度的增加,滇海水仙花的冠幅逐渐增大,叶片数、匍匐茎个数逐渐减少,叶绿素含量先增多后减少,叶片含水量、叶生物量比、表观量子效率逐渐增多,根生物量比、根冠比和比叶重逐渐减少,光补偿点、光饱和点、最大净光合速率逐渐降低;试验表明滇海水仙花有较强的耐阴性,可作为林下种植材料。
Primula pseudodenticulata Pax was used as test material.Physiological and biochemical responses of Primula pseudodenticulata Pax was studied at the different degrees of shades(0%(CK),40%,65%,85%).In order to study the needs and adaptability to sunlight of Primula pseudodenticulata Pax.The results showed that with the increasing of shading intensity,crown width increased,leaf number and stolon number decreased.The chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased.Leaf water content,leaf biomass ratio,apparent quantum efficiency gradually increased.Root biomass ratio,root shoot ratio and leaf weight ratio decreased.The light compensation point,the light saturation point and the maximum net photosynthetic rate decreased.The conclusion showed that the shade tolerance of Primula pseudodenticulata Pax was stronger,and could be used as planting material under the forest.
