不同热处理温度下金属材料的衰减特征

摘要 由于金属材料处理过程中其衰减特征波动性较大,造成金属材料的综合性能不达标。针对这一问题,提出不同热处理温度下金属材料的衰减特征分析。以铝合金材料为对象,设计仿真实验,在保证其他外部环境参数一致的条件下,改变铝合金材料热处理工艺的温度,计算这一过程中铝合金的衰减特征的变化。实验结果表明,热处理工艺的温度越高,铝合金的衰减特征波动性越小,其稳定性越高,铝合金的综合性能也就越好。 Due to the large fluctuation of attenuation characteristics during the treatment of metal materials, the comprehensive properties of metal materials are not up to the standard. Aiming at this problem, the attenuation characteristics of metal materials under different heat treatment temperatures are analyzed. Taking aluminum alloy as the object, the simulation experiment was designed to change the temperature of heat treatment process of aluminum alloy material and calculate the change of attenuation characteristics of aluminum alloy in this process under the condition of keeping other external environment parameters consistent. The experimental results show that the higher the heat treatment temperature is, the smaller the fluctuation of attenuation characteristics of aluminum alloy is, the higher its stability is, and the better the comprehensive properties of aluminum alloy are.
