摘要
针对西城区城市设计导则提出的街道治理信息化工作需求,利用移动GIS技术、移动空间定位与街景影像绑定标注技术,以城市环境分类体系为标准,在城市设计导则的指引下设计与研发了城市设计导则移动管理系统。通过移动GIS开发,系统实现了街景影像采集、街道/胡同/建筑界面空间要素现状归属分类、专题信息录入、现场地图标注、城市设计各要素分析与改造方案筛选等功能。在西城区应用示范中取得了较好的效果,推进了街道治理与规划外业工作的信息化。
In view of the demand of Xicheng District city design guidelines for street management information work, using mobile GIS technology, mobile space positioning and street view image binding tagging technology, the urban environment classification system as the standard, under the guidance of urban design guidelines, designed and developed the urban design guidelines mobile management system. Through the mobile GIS development, the system realizes the functions of street view image collection, street / hutong / architectural interface space elements status classification, special information entry, site map tagging, urban design elements analysis and transformation scheme screening. It has achieved good results in the application demonstration in Xicheng District, and promoted the informatization of street management and planning.
