摘要
如何组建科学、和谐的高绩效团队一直是人力资源管理领域研究的热点问题。基于双方匹配视角来看,要组建优质的企业团队,就需要从任务计划出发来优化团队领导与成员的双边匹配方案。本文以企业团队组建为背景,研究了考虑企业任务管理制度的双边匹配决策问题。首先建立了任务分级管理模式下团队领导与成员双边匹配的0~1整数规划模型,并开发应用了一种基于双向三维嵌套评价信息矩阵的启发式算法,发展了求解双边匹配问题的方法;最后,以IT企业项目研发团队组建为应用案例进行了分析,数值结果表明本文所设计的双边匹配模型是可行的、有效的。
How to construct scientific and harmonious teams of high working efficiency has remained a hot spot in the field of human resource management field. From the perspective of two-sided matching, the construction of an excellent enterprise team needs to optimize the two-sided team leader-member matching plan according to the task. Based on the background of constructing enterprise teams,this paper researches on the two-sided matching decision- making problem that takes the enterprise' s task management system into consideration. First, the paper proposes a 0 -1 integer programming model of two-sided natching for the team leader-member matching problem within the task gradation management mode, and then develops a heuristic algorithm based on the two-sided thine-dimensional nested evaluation informationmatrix, this algorithm can enrich the methods of solving the two-sided matching prob- lems. Finally, testing analysis is made in a case study where R&D teams for an IT enterprise are constructed. Results show that the two-sided matching model proposed in this paper are feasible and effective.
